As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue MS from universities in US so regarding this you need to:
- First decide which course you wish to pursue.
- Once the course is decided then you need to shortlist the universities offering course of you interest.
- Once universities are shortlisted then you need to check the eligibility criteria and if you meet the eligibility criteria you may then apply accordingly.

Most top universities in the US will require both GMAT and work experience. Having said this, you can still get universities that accept just GMAT, but these necessarily need not be a top choice. That does not mean you would compromise on the university reputation. Lot of public / state universities accept students without experience.
But you need to have good score in GMAT, preferably in the 600 and above to apply to these universities.

You can choose Avionic Specialisation of Aerospace Engineering, Which will be too closed to your present Electr & Commu branch.Avionics in the branch of Aeospace science which inludes study related to all the electronics systems from navigation to communication used in space technology . That is Aviation Electronics =Avionics.

As per your query, it seems that you wish to pursue masters degree from universities abroad.
So regarding this please remember US is the best study destination to pursue MS degree, but the cost of education in US universities in very high as compared to universities in UK and Germany, plus getting a US VISA is very tough.
The cost of education in UK universities in less as compared to US, but the duration of masters degree in UK is one year only, plus getting job in UK is very competitive.
