MS in electronics is not thee in USA. iT IS ELECTRICAL. mOREOVER MOST OF THE UNIVESITIES HAVE ece- electrical and computer science.
See there is no such thing as best univ. If i say Caltech then do you think you have your resume and gre, toefl scores good enough to get there? Moreover it costs more than 60 lacs in caltech.
So choose as per you caliber, finance, location etc. it also depends on what is your curent scores, your university, LORs, SOP etc.

Hi,
As per your query it seems that you are currently pursuing MCA and further you wish to pursue Phd from universities in US.
So regarding this please remember in order to pursue Phd, from American universities you need to first of all make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students.

* Generally, candidates join lateral B.Tech course after completing diploma in any engineering field to get direct entry into the second year. Degree course will open more opportunities for you.
* As you have pursued diploma after 10th, it would be highly advisable to complete 12th first. It is the basic requirement to pursue any advance course or apply for job in any sector in future.
If not by regular classes then you may complete 12th by joining ' The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) ' . And you may pursue lateral course alongside.

Yes, You can do MS in Aerospace Engineering in US as it is an inter-disciplinary programme for both electrical and mechanical students. And, further you should be aware of the concerned university's eligibility criteria as it lists out the eligible bachelor disciplines based the courses it plans to offer in MS. My another suggestion is that, you can take up Avionics as it is a pure electrical discipline than a mechanical one.

Hi,
As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue masters degree from universities in US.
So regarding this please remember you may surely apply in American universities during final year of graduation.
However please remember with this you may get provisional admission, for confirmed admission you have to submit your graduation transcripts and degree completion certificate.
