As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue undergraduate degree from US, so regarding this please remember universities in US do offers scholarships to international students to pursue their studies.
However please remember scholarships are competitive and awarded to the most deserving students.
You may get funding in the form of assistantships in exchange you may get your ENTIRE or PARTIAL tuition fees waived and get a monthly stipend to cover your living expenses However such awards are very competitive.

Please let us know in detail about your past academic background for better advice, however please remember US is one of the finest study destination to pursue masters degree in computer science and related fields.
But please note that no universities or course in US guarantee job to its students getting a job depends entirely on the knowledge level and calibre of the students.
For your reference find below some of the eligibility criteria to pursue MS degree from universities in US.
- Undergraduate degree in same or relevant discipline (70%-80% plus in degree)
- High score in GRE.

Hi,
Please remember with 15 years of education i.e (10+2+3) UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue masters degree as in order to pursue masters degree from US you need to have 16 years of education i.e (10+2+4)
However students with 15 years of education i.e (10+2+3) can pursue MS degree from US after completing their post graduation from India.
So if you wish to pursue MS from US only in that case I would suggest you to complete your MCA from India and then opt for MS degree from US.

To Study MSC in the States, You need 16 years of studies, meaning four years of graduation. other wise, you have to earn extra credit by studying additional courses.

BTECH IS CALLED BS in USA. you have to give SAT, TOEFL and have to write a SOP, your teachers will email your recommendation types to the university. It is very costly for bachelors and masters and the chances for scholarships is very low.
