Hi,
In order to pursue masters degree from US you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned tests:
1. GRE.
2. TOEFL or IELTS.
For admission in masters degree in American universities you need to have GRE score of 300-320 plus and IELTS score of 7 with no individual band below 6.5 or TOEFL score of 90 with no band less than 20.
The eligibility criteria for admission may vary from university to university.

Yes there is an possibility to get admissionin US for MS. GRE scores requirement are different for different universities. But anything scored above 310 is considered as good score and you can get admission in any good university. Along with GRE you also need to give TOEFL test, with a score of 90 and above is counted as good score.

Hi,
As per your query it seems that you have completed your graduation through distance education.
So as per your profile you are not eligible to pursue MBA from US, as in order to pursue MBA from US you need to be graduate in full time mode.
Moreover in order to pursue MBA from US you need to have 16 years of education i.e (10+2+4)
For your reference find below the eligibility criteria to pursue MBA from universities in US.

Hello mr.ajay, welcome to https://shiksha.com, and impressed on seeing your profile. have you written any exams like GRE or TOEFL? if not prepare for those because if you want to go for ph.d you need a maximum score in those exams and minimum 75% in your UG and PG degrees. i guess you know this and coming to M.S or PH.D, if you want to go for masters again what course you adopt? because if you did double masters in mba, the qualification is equal to dual mba.! and for PH.D normally i suggest to students like if you have strong background in subject you go for ph.d or else dont think about it and doing ph.d is not a simple task in abrao

Both are good but depends on the candidate. USA is very expensive. Germany is not much expensive and very difficult to get admitted.
