Please remember before going for pursuing studies abroad you need to first decide does the course will be helpful for you i.e. does it provide good job opportunities in India or abroad.
Please remember the cost of education in US and Australia would be much more as compared to education in India, so you need to decide whether it is worth to invest such a big amount.
US is the best study destination to pursue MS, but the cost of education in US would be much more then Australian universities also getting a US VISA is very difficult.
Getting a VISA for Australia is not difficult, but US have more number of good universities as compared to universities in Australia.
Australia has good job prospects as compared to US.
Please note that institutes in India do offers campus placement to students, whereas such facility in not available in universities abroad.
You may work part time while pursuing studies abroad, but such opportunity in not possible in India.
So based on the above mentioned parameters you may decide whether to pursue MS form India or abroad.
In order to pursue masters degree from universities US and Australia you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned tests:
1. GRE.
2. TOEFL or IELTS.
Please remember universities in Australia do not require GRE scores.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from university to university.
The average tuition fee to pursue masters from Australia is AUD21,000 - AUD29,000, the average living cost in Australia is 12,000 - 13,000 Australian Dollars per annum, an average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year and average living expenses are about US$ 10,000 per-year.The tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

Please remember in order to pursue MS degree from universities in US you need to have 16 years of education i.e.(10+2+4)
However students with 15 years of education i.e (10+2+3) can pursue MS degree from US after completing their post graduation from India.
Though you have completed MCA but it is through distance education, and most of the universities in US do not accept degree through distance education.
So as per your query I would suggest you to:
- First shortlist the universities offering course of you interest.
- Once universities are shortlisted you may then contact the international admission department of these universities either through email or phone to know the exact eligibility criteria and if you meet the eligibility criteria you may then apply accordingly.

1. Undergraduate degree in same or related fields with a minimum of third-class honours.
