NIET Noida offer an MBA course in Innovation, Entreprenurship, and Venture Development. This programme is specifically designed for leaders of tomorrow to help them in starting their own business and growing it over time. Aspirants who have a valid bachelor's degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 45% aggregate are eligible for admission. The minimum aggregate required for selection is 40% for SC/ST candidates. The eligible students can further apply through the institute's official website. In addition, aspirants may have to submit CUET-PG/CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT scores for selection.

NIET Noida seat intake varies for each of the MBA programme. The total number of seats available are 570. NIET has maximum number of seats for MBA and PGDM course, i.e., 240 each. Further, there are 60 seats for integrated BBA + MBA course and 30 seats for MBA in IEV. Candidates are admitted to the programmes in accordance with the sanctioned seat intake.
