No, Allahabad State University does not offer Diploma or degree in foreign languages. However, the University offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral level courses in various streams such as Social Sciences, Humanities and International Studies, Engineering, Agriculture, Basic and Applied Sciences, Environmental and Earth Sciences, Law, Commerce, and Management. 

To become eligible for FPM programme, candidates must hold a master's degree or equivalent in one or more domains, Engineering, Technology, Management, Economics, Psychology, Commerce, Humanities, CA and ICWA. The cut-off rank in Round 6 for B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering is 6694 which is very close to this range. This was for the general category under the All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one can not afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut-offs keep changing from round to round, better ranks definitely increase your chances of getting admission to IIT BHU, Varanasi - Indian Institute of Technology.
