The National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology Gorakhpur Cut-Off is the minimum mark prescribed by the selection board for the admission of students. Aspirants who apply for the Institute need to clear the Cutoff for various courses. The Cutoff will be based on various parameters like the number of applying candidates, total seats, and last year’s admission record. A merit list will be designed on these Cutoff scores.

As per the latest placement data, the CCSU the highest package offered during 2022 placements was INR 37 LPA and was offered to PhD students. The past year's placement data is unavailable for comparison. The 2022 CCSU placement packages are tabulated below:
