Yes, you can get admission but in some private colleges. For government colleges, you must clear the UPJEE (Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination) entrance exam or the JEECUP (Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh) entrance exam. A list of colleges is

Goel institute of pharmaceutical sciences is a well known pharmaceutical college situated in Lucknow, Uttarpradesh. It has all courses like D.Pharma B.Pharma MPHARM etc.

If you have qualified JEE mains examination, then you can have your admission or you can take directly admission through merit list in Amity University, Noida.

For taking admissions in B.Com you don't have to give exam, its merit based, you will get admission on merit based on your 12th marks.
