VIT Chennai offers BTech course to students at the UG level. It is offered for 4 years in several specialisations. To be eligible for BTech at Vellore Institute of Technology Chennai, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the college. VIT Chennai BSc curriculum for the Computer Science specialisation is divided into Discipline Core Courses,  Discipline Elective Courses,  Ability Enhancement Courses, Skill Enhancement Elective Courses, Value Added Courses and, Open Elective Courses.
