A pass in regular, full-time UG/ Integrated degree from a recognised institute/ university of at least three years duration with a minimum of 60% aggregate (50% for SC/ ST candidates and applicants belonging to Jammu & Kashmir and North-Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura) is required to apply for the MBA course. 

Additionally, the institute shortlists candidates for MBA course based on national-level entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT, NMAT, ATMA. The shortlisted aspirants are further required to come for the PI round. Vellore Institute of Technology will also consider the academic performance and work experience of the candidates for final selection.

Yes, MBA is a two-year course divided into four semesters. Vellore Institute of Technology offers MBA in six specialisations, namely Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, Human Resource Management, General Management and Production and Operation Management. MBA course is designed with a Curriculum for Applied Learning (CAL) and executes in a trimester pattern with a Fully Flexible Credit System (FFCS). Students can avail of credit transfer options to foreign universities and foreign internships as per their choice. Also, the course is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). 

Vellore Institute of Technology offers 66 UG, 58 PG, 15 integrated and two each of Research and M.Tech (Industrial) courses across multiple streams. Procedure for BTech Admission at Vellore Institute of Technology-AP

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates who have studied Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry in +2 / Higher Secondary Board are eligible for all the B.Tech. Programmes.
• The eligibility criteria may vary depending on the course and program.

Application Process:

• Candidates should apply online through the official website of VIT-AP.
• The application form costs INR 1200, which is non-refundable.
• The application form requires personal and academic details, and candidates should upload the relevant documents as per specifications.

Entrance Exam:

• Candidates have to appear for the VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) for admission to the B.Tech. Programme in VIT-AP.
• VITEEE is a university-level entrance exam conducted by VIT University.

Counseling:

• Shortlisted candidates have to appear for counseling and give preference to VIT-AP University Amaravati.
• Seats are allotted to the candidates based on the ranks secured in the entrance test, availability of seats, and other factors.

Admission:

• After the seat allotment, candidates have to pay the tuition fee to confirm their admission to the B.Tech. Programme at VIT-AP.
