Admission to M.Tech course is based on GATE/ VITMEE score followed by a counselling round. After completion of the selection rounds, Vellore Institute of Technology releases a merit list to announce the names of the shortlisted candidates. The shortlisted aspirants are called for counselling and document verification. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the institute. The total fee for M.Tech ranges between INR 3.03 Lacs - INR 3.83 Lacs for Category 1 and INR 4.63 Lacs and INR 6.02 Lacs for Category 2.
