Moreover, the campus is fortified with plenty of features that support events-auditorium, plus open spaces, outdoor stages and more. I understand that you got 7500 rank and EEE at VIT Vellore but you wish to switch to another stream. But, after the candidates have confirmed their allotted seats and paid the fee during the VITEEE 2024 counselling, they will not be allowed to change their branch and campus under any circumstances. The authorities will not entertain any requests for a change of campuses or courses from the candidates. Since the candidates will be given enough time after allotment to make their decision, they are advised to carefully consider their decision.

VIT Vellore's campus is very huge as it is spread across 372 acres. The campus has state-of-the-art labs and a central library. The library has a collection of over 2.4 Lacs books. All the classrooms are fully equipped with smart boards and installed with an IT system. Hostels have single-person rooms to six-bed rooms at Vellore Institute of Technology. Out of these, 18 hostels are for boys and six for girls. These hostels can accommodate over 22,000 students. Yes you have got a decent rank but it would not be sufficient to fetch you an integrated M.Tech seat in software engineering under category 1 at Vellore campus of VIT. You can possibly get it in second category but chances of it are slim as seats are limited and the mentioned course is most common choice in integrated programme. The best possible options are:
Integrated CSE at Vellore (1 or 2), Integrated CSE with specialisation in Data Science at Vellore (Category 1 most probably else in second category), Integrated CSE at Chennai (category 1), Integrated CSE with specialisation in business system at Chennai (Category 1).

No, you will get only VIT, Chennai or Bhopal or Amravati in that much rank but you can get civil branch in VIT, Vellore that too in a higher category.
