No, Pune Institute of Computer Technology is not as good as Vishwakarma Institute of Technology for B.Tech.
VIT Pune appears to be the stronger choice for a B.Tech degree compared to PICT. VIT Pune's reputation, academic rigor, industry connections, and placement outcomes make it the more attractive option for prospective B.Tech students.

Vishwakarma Institute of Technology (VIT Pune) B.Tech admission 2025 is based on the MHT CET exam.
- The MAH MCA CET CAP 2025 Round 3 provisional seat allotment results for admission to the MCA course was displayed on Aug 20, 2025.
- The MHT CET CAP 2025 Round 2 provisional seat allotment results have been announced for admission to BE/BTech and Integrated BTech courses. Allotted candidates must submit their seat acceptance online and report to their assigned institutes between Aug 12 and Aug 14, 2025.
