You can get admission for M.Tech chemical. But I would suggest you to reconsider your decision. If you are getting somewhere else which is better than this, then go for it.

In my opinion, College Predictor is designed in such a way that, it will give correct results mostly. But it is nothing but a simulator, so actual results might vary sometimes.
But Shiksha is a good platform to get connected with people of the colleges of your interest. So you can directly put up a question and get an answer for that from a student of that college itself.

You have got percentiles good enough to get Production Engineering in VIT-Pune. You can also apply to ELEX or E&TC. With this score, you can also expect Industrial Engineering too.

I assume that, you mean to ask about placements. So that is not fixed. Every year depending upon the vacancy many companies come. Also, TPO cell is quite active, so new companies also join the campus placement drive.

As for mechanical engineering, the colleges in Pune ask for around 180-190 rank, minimum.

Congratulations for your CET results!
You might not get Computer Engineering in the very first round. But you can apply and wait till the results of last round are announced.
