VIT-Vellore doesn't accept JEE Mains. It has separate entrance called VITEEE. If it's VIT Pune, please don't tag VIT Vellore to your question as both are totally different Institutes.

You can get admission for M.Tech chemical. But I would suggest you to reconsider your decision. If you are getting somewhere else which is better than this, then go for it.

In my opinion, College Predictor is designed in such a way that, it will give correct results mostly. But it is nothing but a simulator, so actual results might vary sometimes.
