There are chances for you to get admission in Chennai campus but difficult for you to get it in Vellore Campus.

It's not possible to get it in category 1 with this rank. You will either get it in category 3 or 4.

What should be the expected closing rank for VITMEE in Embedded or VISIT in Category at Vellore.

VIT Vellore category 1 closing rank for Embedded would be around 900 - 1000, for VLSI would be around 1150 - 1200.

Yes, You can get VLSI in Chennai campus in Category 1.

It's not possible to get M.Tech Embedded Systems in VIT Vellore in Category 1 with 1780 rank. You can get it in category 2 or 3.

You can get admission in VIT Vellore for M.Tech in VLSI in either category 2 or 3. But it's not possible for you to get admission in Embedded Systems in Category 1.

Yes, There are quite less chances for you to get VLSI in Category 1 or 2.

Yes, If it's not CS or MCA then you can get in Vellore campus, else you have to go for Chennai Campus.
