No, that isn't possible. At VNIT Nagpur, admissions for M.Tech programs are made solely on the basis of GATE scores, with CCMT counseling coming next. Some elite universities do, however, provide direct admission to BTech graduates of IITs or NITs. However, the official VNIT Nagpur website does not contain any such information.
