I don't have any sort of idea because this year only the university has been added, so you have to directly apply for counselling. I want to provide some details. WBJEE online counselling will be commencing from 2nd week of June to 3rd week July, 2018.

If you are not satisfied with your allotted college, you have to go for the upgradation option.
What is the use of upgradation option?
Once you have chosen this option, you have chances of getting a good college.

For JOSAA, you have to apply through JEE Mains and for WBJEE counselling, you have to apply through WBJEE.
