In WBJEE counseling, if I am alotted a seat but go for upgradation, will the already alotted seat be retained in case of getting a new seat?

If you get a new seat in further rounds, then your last seat will get cancelled. It will not be retained at any cost.

Sorry, If you don't domicile ceritificate of West Bengal then you can't take admission into any government college in West Bengal including KGEC

May be, it will be valid depending upon counselor. Some of the counselors understand some couldn't. But, you must be prepared with the OBC certificate published by WBJEE board for not being disturbed at the time of counseling.
