I don't have any sort of idea because this year only the university has been added, so you have to directly apply for counselling. I want to provide some details. When you are submitting your college wise details, focus on branches and ranking of the colleges. This will help you to get better colleges. For other colleges details, click on this link:

If you are not satisfied with your allotted college, you have to go for the upgradation option.
What is the use of upgradation option?
Once you have chosen this option, you have chances of getting a good college.

For JOSAA, you have to apply through JEE Mains and for WBJEE counselling, you have to apply through WBJEE.
