1. First of all you have to do choice filling at the official WBJEE website.
2. Lock your filled choices 1 or 2 days before last date, so that server may not be busy.
3. WBJEE announces result for counselling, i.e, seat allotted to the students according to their rank and choice preference.
4. Document verification is must for first round counselling at the reporting center.
5. Another round of counselling takes place.
6. Allotted students in 1st round need not to go for 2nd time if preference chances but the new allotment must go in second round at the reporting center for document verification.

No it's wrong.
All the students taking part in 1st round of counselling in WBJEE are considered for 2nd as well as 3rd round of counselling.
