If you have already locked the choices, you need to go to the reporting center, after 1st counselling. If you haven't, just log in and check whether they are giving any option or not, to correct the detail. You don't need to worry, it is not a big issue, whenever u will go to your center, even after 1st, 2nd or 3rd counselling, and you can ask them to correct the details. All the best, hope it helps.

If you get a new seat in further rounds, then your last seat will get cancelled. It will not be retained at any cost.

Whether you want that seat or not, but you have to go for reporting or else you will be out of WBJEE counselling.

Sorry, If you don't domicile ceritificate of West Bengal then you can't take admission into any government college in West Bengal including KGEC

UBKV focuses on agriculture and horticulture while WBJEE is for engineering, pharmacy, architecture & agriculture courses as well. So it depends on the courses you want to opt for. As you can see WBJEE has more scope and some good colleges are through it. I will suggest you WBJEE on wider scope, but if have interest in agriculture courses then go for UBKV.
