There are many private colleges that participate in WBJEE counselling. Some popular private colleges that will accept students based on their WBJEE scores are Heritage Institute of Technology, Techno India University, Haldia Institute of Technology, and more. List of colleges will be available soon so that  students can select their choice for counselling.

Yes, there a self-financing institutes included in the WBJEE counselling process. In the self-financing institutes, the 10% approved seats will be open for JEE Main qualified candidates. These students do not require WBJEE scores for admission.

WBJEE is conducted annually to select eligible students for admission. The students are allotted into the BTech and BPharm Government and Self-financing institutes of the state of West Bengal. For admissions into these institutes, WBJEE scores are accepted, with a small percentage of seats reserved for JEE Main candidates.

WBJEE application correction facility will be open for all registered candidates. Online facility can be used to edit/correct details submitted in application form. However, students will not be able to edit all information. Since correction facility is a one-time facility, students are advised to be careful while making the corrections.

While filling WBJEE application form, students will have to upload their photograph and signature. Documents have to be scanned and uploaded correctly. If required documents are not uploaded, then application form cannot be submitted.

WBJEE application form will not be released offline. Students will have to fill and submit application form online. Offline forms will not be available. Print out of application form does not have to be submitted to authorities.

No, the students will not be allowed to change their allotted WBJEE exam centre. Since the exam centre is allotted after checking the students' submitted preference, the authorities will not accept requests for the same. Students are advised to choose their preferences carefully.

To download WBJEE admit card, students will have to log in using their application form number and date of birth. The hall ticket will not be available in any other mode. After admit card is released, students will have to print it as it will be needed at exam centre.

WBJEE 2026 admit card date has not been announced. Registered candidates can check and download WBJEE admit card online by logging in using required credentials. Once it is released, students have to download and print it out for future use.
