Hi, this is really nice to know that someone is planning to do such a kind of work. First thing to keep in mind is that you cannot do it alone. You need to connect with like minded people of your age group in Kolkata who are thinking on the same lines as this is a costly and responsible work. Visit old age homes in Kolkata run by government NGO's and other social welfare organizations. Start a campaign on social networking websites like facebook, twitter, linkedin.
