All the reputed colleges closed their admission at 69 percentile last year. Kindly work hard and appear for the exam again to get admission in a reputed B-school.

Not a chance. Forget about your XAT 2017 score and start preparing for CAT 2017 and XAT 2018. Even Tier 3 colleges require at least 60-70 %ile.

You can try identifying private tutors in your area and get material from an institute like TIME, IMS, etc.

Yes. The cut-off is generally around 70 percentile.
