Yes you will be eligible for. start preparing towards the end of your graduation, for XAT. For more details you can check on website of xavier's about what is syllabus etc,

You did not mentioned which course is doing now? There are many colleges offer Value Added courses along with Degrees and Masters. This will help students to find a job easier and getting adequate knowledge in some areas.
For Example, if you are doing BBA/ B Com courses, you can do add on

Yeah you can, But by the time of joining college you have to clear those backlogs and join
