Yes you can apply without any competitive exam .
At M S Ramaiah the admission procedure is comprises of 3 rounds -
1) Aptitude test
2) Group discussion
3) Personal interview

Hi Viraj, so the cut offs given are of CAT, CAT and GMAT. You are only required to clear one of the exams. It is purely upto the candidates to choose which exam they would want to attempt among the three.

Thwre is no such thing called direct admission in premium bschools. Fees are same for all students except OBC, SC,ST. MAT & XAT have their own fees which is common.
