CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) Result 2011 has been declared. The confirmation was given by Central Board of Secondary Education. The CTET Results 2011 have been declared for both paper-1 and paper-2. In total there were 150 questions in each paper. Candidates with 90 or more marks have been declared qualified. The result shows individual marks obtained in different sections too. It was not compulsory to get 60% marks in individual sections. The candidates who have scored very less marks in one section but secured good marks in other section with overall percentage more than 60% will be awarded qualifying certificate.

This means that a student must get overall 60% marks (90 marks out of 150) to get the qualifying certificate. Individual marks in different section are not much relevant. Next Teacher Eligibility Test will be conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education in June 2012. Shiksha.com will notify the readers if any changes are done in next exam dates.

CTET 2011 examinations were conducted on June 26, 2011.
