No, generally, a refund of the fee is not permitted on account of the withdrawal of admission once the admission is confirmed. However, a claim of refund may be processed after due consideration in the unfortunate event of the candidate not being able to continue the course. 

In such cases, the university refunds the fee. However, the fees paid for prospectuses, registration, and ID cards still remain nonrefundable under any circumstances.
