Although both AIIMS Hyderabad and AIIMS Delhi provide excellent medical education, many people believe that AIIMS Delhi is better because of its well-established reputation, large facilities, and knowledgeable professors. One of India's the oldest and most esteemed medical institutions, AIIMS Delhi offers more clinical exposure as well as research opportunities. Though it is more recent, AIIMS Hyderabad is growing quickly, providing a cutting-edge curriculum and sophisticated facilities. The nominal tuition for both colleges is approximately INR 1,365 per year, and their pricing structures are similar. Ultimately, the decision is based on geographic choices and particular academic interests, however AIIMS Delhi has an advantage over AIIMS Hyderabad due to its extensive training programme and historical reputation.
