AIIMS Nagpur placement report for 2024 has not been released. However, some of the students have disclosed the placement statistics on Shiksha students' review page. As per the Shiksha students' reviews, the the highest package offered over the past few years of placements was between INR 10 LPA and INR 12 LPA. Admission to AIIMS Nagpur is conducted based on INICET scores. Established in 2018, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Nagpur (also known as AIIMS Nagpur) is recognised as the 'Institute of National Importance'. It is one among the four institutes established under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY) by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. Nagpur AIIMS is an autonomous institute and has also been accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH).

Those who will qualify INI CET 2025 November exam can participate in the counselling round. Candidates have to qualify the exam with the minimum cut off to become eligible for INI CET counselling.
