Yes, it is quite hard to get admission to AIMS as the cutoff is very high for securing a seat in AIMS. The score should be around 700 out of 720 to secure admission to AIMS. The admission criteria are strictly based on the score of the NEET exam. The Institute is also ranked as the Institute of National Importance.
