Good infrastructure with decent placements and a satisfactory experience.

Placements: 60 to 70 percent of students from my course got placed. The highest package went above 10LPA, while the average is around 3.5 to 4 LPA. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys and a few startups visited our campus. Nearly 40 percent of students got internships in software development or IT support roles. Most of the roles offered were Software Developer, QA Engineer, Support Engineer and Data Analyst.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my department is quite good. The classrooms are clean and equipped with projectors, and the campus Wi-Fi works well most of the time. The labs have the required systems and software, and the library is spacious with enough study material and seating space. The hostel facilities are also decent.

Faculty: The faculty in my course is generally helpful and knowledgeable, though the teaching quality varies from teacher to teacher. Some explain concepts very clearly, while others follow a more traditional approach. The curriculum is decent and covers the important subjects, but students still need to put in extra effort to become fully ready. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty neither too easy nor too tough. If you attend classes and prepare well, passing is not a problem, and the overall pass percentage stays fairly high.

Other: I chose this course because I am genuinely interested in the field and felt it offered good career opportunities. The best part about the course is the amount of practical exposure we get through labs and projects. I wish there are more hands on workshops and industry interactions to make the learning experience even better.

Great for studies only, no enjoyment.

Placements: The college has good placement records in all of the courses, but I think the placement in ME is not good enough. According to my seniors, most of the time companies do not visit for the ME students. Students have to ask for the placement to call itself, as there are no placements for ME students.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are equipped with all facilities, including smart projectors. Wi-Fi is available on every floor. Labs are also good, like the PPS and Electrical Engineering lab, and workshops are also good. Hostel infrastructure is fine, and the quality of mess food is also good.

Faculty: Teachers are really very helpful for exams. They offer every material related to the quizzes and semester exams and help a lot. There are 2 quizzes per week that are converted into internal marks. Overall, if you submit all of your tutorials or assignments, you will get good marks.

Other: Events and fests are organized every month with great facilities.

The best college for students.

Placements: It provides an average level of placement of about 4-5 LPA to good and quality students who work on themselves during their programme of study, gain knowledge, as well as skills. This is one of the best colleges in Lucknow.

Infrastructure: There is a good environment in the hostel as well as in the course.

Faculty: There is a lot of curriculum in this college other than studies. There is no toughness in exams, they made you familiar with the paper pattern well enough, so when you sit in the exam, you will not get nervous or anything else during the paper and in the examination centre. You will be treated very well by your faculty teacher. This college will provide you with lots of other skills, gain opportunities, including your curriculum of studies and other materials.

Other: They accept scholarship-based admission. In this college, there is an aggregation of the NBA in three departments, so when you take admission, it is that particular department you will get extra opportunities to build your career.

Good placements in 2022, bad placements in 2024. Good faculty members, bad crowd.

Placements: About 10-15% students from CSE get placed in 5+ LPA companies, the rest are mass recruited by Infosys and TCS. The highest package I have seen someone get is about 17 LPA, the lowest is 1.8, and the average can be said to be about 4 LPA. About 65-70% students got placed on campus.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure for Computer Science engineering is so good. The new AIDS block is state of the art level. Wi-Fi goes up to 500 Mbps in class, the library, and even in the toilets. So many canteens to eat at, a very good and aesthetic library. I am not a hostler, but from what I have seen, it's average, nothing special.

Faculty: The teachers are so good, as far as my knowledge goes, they are so helpful and reply as soon as possible, even after the class. You can directly visit them in their office in case you need help with anything. The course curriculum is pretty much decent, I would say. Semester exams for the first semester are quite moderate, but afterwards they are on the moderate to hard side.

Other: I was passionate about coding and data analytics, hence I chose this course. The crowd could have been better and a bit less. If they could somehow reduce the crowd and improve the quality, Galgotias University will be among the top universities in India in no time.

Not a satisfying feeling here, there is something lacking.

Placements: Top roles offered are quality engineer, software engineer, and system administrator. Top recruiters are like TCS, Byju's, Mahindra, Physics Wallah, etc. Median salary is around 6 LPA, and the highest package yet is 64 LPA. Students get placed for further studies.

Infrastructure: Mess food quality is not as good in the mess, students go outside for the meal. The canteen has some items available like burgers, eggs, milk, Maggi, rolls, etc. Wi-Fi is available all over the campus with moderate speed and within a definite range.

Faculty: Semester exams are moderate to high level, so you have to give proper time to studying to achieve a passing percentage. Teachers are helpful and have teaching experience. Two class tests are conducted in one semester, which are added to the final results. The passing percentage is around 40-41 marks in the final overall 100.

Other: Events and fests like Span, fresher, ustav, etc., are held. Sports events are also conducted. Scholarship is given to eligible candidates.
