Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), formerly known as Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), is a leading institution standing as the epitome of quality technical education. It was reconstituted as AKTU from "Gautam Buddha Technical University, Lucknow" and "Mahamaya Technical University, Noida" on 1st May 2010. The AKTU Main campus is located at Sec-11, Jankipuram, Vistar Yojna, Lucknow, UP. AKTU is one of the largest technical universities not only in India but perhaps in Asia. Because of its gigantic size and number of colleges affiliated to it and geographic dispersion, it has been subdivided into five zones with 150-160 colleges in each zone for the ease of management and facilitating inter-zonal comparison and possible internal competition to enhance the quality of teaching-learning processes. AKTU has a separate academic block that consists of various administrative buildings covering the Admin Office, faculty, and other dedicated academic departments. Inside the block, the university has an Academic Cell, Training and Placement Cell, Incubation and Innovation Cell, R&D Cell and Digital Learning Hub (DLU), and it also consists of various classrooms, lecture halls, and seminar rooms, equipped with modern teaching aids such as smart boards and projectors. Infrastructure Reviews
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are good. The campus is full lush green with good classrooms and CCTV cameras almost in every class. The mess is somewhat okay, but the canteen is large with good quality items offered at affordable prices. A huge ground and sports equipment are available.
Infrastructure: For our course CSE, college infrastructure is not that much good. Our classes are old and AC is not there yet, but they assure us to put AC next year. I do not live in the hostel, but according to my friends, hostel fees for 1 year is about 130,000, which is too high.
Infrastructure: Various bare minimum facilities are available, like Wi-Fi, labs, library, etc. Classrooms have AC and well-ventilated windows. Hostel rooms are average and three-sitter. Mess food is average most of the time. The hygiene of the hostel’s mess is quite disappointing.
Infrastructure: There are good facilities for sports. The hostel is nice for first-year students. The canteen is good to serve variety of food. Sports are good in college. There are various types of sports like football and cricket. There is a good library in college to learn various kinds of departments. In-campus hostel facilities are also nice. Food quality is not comparable to home food, but still edible and better than other colleges in the locality.
Infrastructure: My college provides a simple and decent campus that lacks the amenities of a more modern facility. However, the good placement opportunities at GL Bajaj more than make up for it. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus, but classrooms are not air-conditioned. GL Bajaj excels in sports, with its football and kabaddi teams consistently winning zonal competitions.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is so good, but the hostel mess is really a mess. It's better take a room in Ada side and live there. Please don't opt hostel is worse. The quality is so bad. Every year zonal is sponsored and chooses students went to the state.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is all over average, and the curriculum is just okay. The quality of faculty in the college is just normal, and not so high-class teachers are present for the classes to be taken. Most of the faculty here have passed through here only. They are just the least concerned.
Infrastructure: As a student of the Goel Institute, Lucknow, I would like to suggest that the facilities and infrastructure available in my course, B.Com (Hons), are very good, like Wi-Fi, classrooms, library, etc. The quality of the facilities in my hostel, like the mess food, is edible and scheduled.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is okayish, well occupied, and functioning labs are present. The Ayurvedic lab is also there. Classrooms are comfortable and good enough to study, college have a library with an average collection of books. The college canteen isn't upto the mark, except a basic infrastructure.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, the college is a full, lush green campus, and the college classrooms are not the best, but satisfactory. Wi-Fi is okayish, but having good labs and research, and a well-stocked library. Medical facilities are good for the students who suffer from any kind of problem or issue.
Infrastructure: It is not so good and not so bad, but moderate for students who just have to do a degree without getting involved in any other academic activities. There is a library section in the college and a computer lab too. There are no medical facilities in the college. There is a small canteen. There are no sports and games areas, as it is just a college for those who just want a degree.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this course is good for students. Our college offers many facilities, such as an all-time Wi-Fi facility and fully air-conditioned classrooms. The library is very big and provides a calm environment. Many hostels are available in this college for students where they live with love.
Infrastructure: There is a hostel facility. 24/7 Wi-Fi is available. A gym is available. The quality of food is not very good because it is not nutritious. The canteen meal is overall good, but the prices of canteen food are high, not too high but still high. Sports activities include cricket, badminton, volleyball, etc.

Infrastructure: The classes are good for the students. I didn't have any problems with that, but the AC doesn't work sometimes, so take it for what you will. There is no Wi-Fi for students. You have to use data, and it doesn't get a signal half the time. The labs are good.

Yes, the AKU University College provides facilities for a wide range of sports and games. The AKU University provides facilities for indoor games like shuttle badminton, table tennis, chess, carroms, ludo, besides Weightlifting.

As hostel is almost free so one can do engineering at very low cost from here. As compared to other colleges hostel this is a far better option as APJ hostel contains 50 rooms and in each room 2 students are allowed to stay. There are 100 seats in the hostel which is an Obc hostel having 100 seats.
