Good faculty and affordable fees, but average infrastructure and campus life in BBA.

Placements: I completed a BBA in 2022. 60 percent of students got placed through campus placements in our batch. Highest package was 3.5 LPA. The lowest was 1.8 LPA. The average package was around 2.2 LPA. Top local companies included Byju's, Tech Mahindra, and some banks. Around 70% of students got internships in sales and marketing roles in local firms. Top roles were sales executive, marketing associate, and HR trainee.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our BBA department was decent. Classrooms were big and clean. The library had all the needed books. There was a computer lab, but Wi-Fi was sometimes slow. I was a day scholar, but my friends in the hostel said the rooms were average. The mess food was okay. The canteen was better. Sports and medical facilities were available.

Faculty: Teachers of the BBA department were helpful and well-qualified. Most of them were experienced. Their teaching quality was good. They used to explain with real examples. The course curriculum was as per MJPRU. It was relevant and made students somewhat industry-ready. Semester exams were not very tough. You could pass easily if you attended classes. The pass percentage was 85-90%.

Other: I chose it because I was interested in the business and management field. The best thing about this course was teachers were supportive. The college was affordable. I wished the placements and campus events were better. The campus crowd was decent. The college was well connected to the main city. Scholarships were also provided.

The college is low to mid at best, get good placements only if you work hard off-campus.

Placements: 30 percent of students got placed. You need to maintain CGPA and attendance that is the criteria in every college. 9 LPA is the highest package this year. Paytm is the top company. For an internship you have to go ask the placement cell and you will get an internship in the 2nd semeter of 2nd year. Sales role is offered for our course.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average for a management student building. Seats are okay, no AC, lifts are also banned for use. No Wi-Fi is available. The library has AC, you can go in at lunch but can't roam around in the college after or before it like school. Washrooms low-mid. There are no smart boards. There are canteens. Food is okay. There are no medical facilities. Only volleyball is encouraged, but no sports like football, cricket, badminton, etc. Low sports facilities in college. Although for kho-kho and volleyball they take students to competitions, for the library you can't ask for books, you have to have course books.

Faculty: Teachers are a bag of mixed beans, apparently. Bad experience for management most of the teachers are not even Ph.D. holders. The quality of IIMT teachers has declined. The course only focuses on the teaching syllabus but not other things like presentations, group projects, and field trips, which are also very rare. Some teachers are good enough to guide students and take personal initiative to do so. The college does nothing for management students, also there are personality development classes. I was left baffled when the teacher told us to write an email in a notebook. Semester exams are easy.

Other: College can improve on many things, like extracurricular activities. Actual skill-building for students. The computer teacher is good but students are not interested in learning also, the software is outdated. AC and whiteboards can be installed too. They do provide opportunities like research papers, student council, and other things, but it is not proactive. I think the crowd is also not good. The students are not proactive and there is very little competition. Fest is okay. Celebrities like Jahnvi Kapoor, Siddharth Malhotra, and Shehnaaz Gill also come here. The college does not even provide refreshments for students.

Decent college for CSE engineering.

Placements: 30-40 percent of students get placed in this course. This university has 3-4 colleges under it and it is affiliated with AKTU. Placements are good. The highest package is above 15 LPA. The lowest package is 1.1 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Vivo, HCL, TCS, etc. No internship is provided by the college to BBA students. Roles like manager, CSO, CSE, etc., are offered.

Infrastructure: There are separate playing areas, such as a basketball court and a stadium for students. The study room is provided, but there is no Wi-Fi. The food quality is poor. There are no medical facilities. The canteen is available but only till 8:00 PM. The mess food is average.

Faculty: The teaching quality of teachers is average because some teachers don't come to classes, and they just take attendance. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes us ready for the industry. Exams are conducted at a moderate level. 40 marks are for internal and 60 for theory.

Other: I chose this college because of its infrastructure and sports facilities. It should improve its placement records and hostel facilities. It organises an annual event or fest named Utkarsh for 3 days. Scholarships are provided, and the surroundings are the best. There is no farewell or freshers' party.

Good college.

Placements: Amazed by the learning environment that my college offers. Above 70 percent of students got placed in my course. The highest salary package offered in my course is 24 LPA by Amazon. The average package is 7 LPA to 8 LPA. The lowest package is 4 LPA by companies like TCS and Cisco. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, TCS, Cisco, HP, Infosys, etc. Cisco offered the maximum internship opportunities for us. 60 percent of students got internships. Managerial and development roles are offered in my course.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is outstanding. Classrooms are neatly maintained with a learning zone. Labs are well-equipped. The library offers all categories of books to explore. Wi-Fi facilities are good here. The hostel is excellent with a supportive environment. The food quality of my hostel is very tasty. There are two canteens with every variety of food served. Medical facilities are available 24/7. Sports and games are offered to students to excel and set records.

Faculty: Teachers are experienced with great knowledge and expertise in their subjects. Teaching quality is cooperative and involves two-way communication. Course curriculum is fine. The curriculum is relevant, and it prepares students to face challenging industry needs and demands. Semester exams are held by AKTU. Our center is affiliated with Goel College. Semester exams are of moderate level. Students can excel if they have regularly attended the classes. The pass percentage is a minimum of 21 marks in each subject. A backlog is guaranteed.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. The best thing is that it offers a variety of opportunities for us in industry. It also provides practical, project-based learning, which is much needed. It improves knowledge sharing about the real needs of Today's time and deep knowledge of technology and innovation through various projects and discussions. Events are the heart of my college. Utkarsh Fest is held every year. Campus life is amazing and full of joy. Scholarships are offered by the government.

Good college with decent placement and supportive faculty.

Placements: I am currently pursuing a B.Tech in CSE at KIPM. The placement is good. In the previous year, the placement record was good. Around 50-60% of CSE branch candidates get placed. 100% of eligible students get placed based on their CGPA, interviews, and mock tests. Some recruiting companies are TCS, HCL, Chetu Inc., PW, Wipro, Mahindra Tech, etc. The college provides opportunities, but I feel students should not depend only on the college for placements. If you have good coding skills, project knowledge, communication skills, and internship experience, then definitely you can get placed from KIPM.

Infrastructure: Overall, the infrastructure is average. But for a Tier-3 college, it is good enough. I can definitely say that the hostel facility is one of the best among colleges in Purvanchal, Gorakhpur. The hostel mess is clean and hygienic. It runs on a very delicious weekly menu. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served according to a proper and strict timetable.

Faculty: Faculty is very friendly. They provide opportunities to learn beyond the syllabus. This helps students develop skills. They also conduct presentation sessions after topics are completed so that students can improve their communication skills, while the faculty can analyze the outcome. Exams are not very tough, but hard work is necessary to pass the internals (CT exams).

Other: There are fewer fests organized, around 3-4 per semester. However, an Incubation Center was established in 2025 to provide a platform for innovation, startups, and training to learn new technologies and skills from experienced mentors. There are fewer fests in my college, but the remaining time is utilized for training and hackathons. The 3rd- and 4th-year students also conduct workshops, through which they learn management and event-handling skills. The 1st- and 2nd-year students learn technologies and skills.

Review of Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology (RKGIT).

Placements: This college did not provide very good placement opportunities. Most of the students preferred off-campus placements and tried to get good jobs. Our department had not yet developed much in terms of placements. If any company came, then it depended on the students' skills and performance. But I would not choose this college for placements. Infosys, Wipro, and TCS visited the college. The job roles offered by our course required learning CSE subjects.

Infrastructure: The classrooms were actually good. The decoration was also good. The infrastructure was well-designed and organized. The services and facilities of this college were also good. Hostel rooms were actually good, with gym facilities. This made it the best for me and my body. The mess food was acceptable. Sports facilities were available here, like badminton courts, cricket, basketball, etc. Medical facilities were also decent.

Faculty: Faculty members were well-educated. Their teaching quality was very good. They explained every topic in an understandable way, which made them good faculty members. They always focused on us and improved our performance. They were very helpful to us. Exams were conducted from time to time in our college to improve student performance and theoretical skills.
