Youth Called to Lead India’s Future at the Second Convocation of Jaipur, Rajasthan’s Apex University

October 28, 2024: Apex University’s second convocation ceremony, held on October 25, 2024, in Jaipur, Rajasthan, celebrated the remarkable achievements of its graduates. Honorable Governor Haribhau Bagde Ji inspired students to harness their education to drive India’s growth and innovation.
Distinguished guests, including Chairman Dr. Ravi Juniwal, Acharya Balkrishna Ji of Patanjali University, and Former Union Minister, Government of India, Shri Nihalchand Ji, presented awards and honorary degrees to recognize outstanding contributions to society.
The event emphasized the significance of education as a powerful tool for personal and societal transformation, urging graduates to embrace their roles in shaping India’s future. With the guidance of these respected leaders, graduates are now poised to become beacons of knowledge and resilience in their communities!
Apex University, Jaipur organized the Dr. S.M. Juniwal Ranka International Moot Court Competition
March 29, 2024: Apex University, Jaipur organised the three-day Dr. S.M. Juniwal Ranka International Moot Court Competition from March 16th to 18th, 2024. Eminent judges and legal professionals from across the country emphasised the value of the legal profession and the significance of such competitions. Chief Guests at the inauguration included former Supreme Court Justices, G.S. Singhvi, M.N. Bhandari, former Chief Justice of the Madras High Court and Chairman of the PMLA Tribunal, New Delhi, Justice Rajendra Kumar Mishra of the Patna High Court, and Dr. Ravi Juniwal, Chairperson of Apex University. The event was graced by the Chancellor of Uttarakhand University, Dr Rajesh Bahuguna, Justice J.K. Ranka, and Senior Advocate H.C. Ganeshia as special guests.
This competition, hosted by Apex School of Law at the Apex Campus in Sitapura, drew 32 teams from law schools across the country, including Gujarat National Law University, Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Chandigarh University, UPES Dehradun, National Law University Nagpur, and MIT University, among others. The Five Year Law College of the University of Rajasthan won the tournament, along with the Best Memorial Team. Gujarat National Law University finished second, with Sonovar Kaur Gill from Modi University of Science and Technology receiving the Best Researcher Award and Deekshika from GNLU receiving the Best Speaker Award. The winning team received ?21,000, the runner-up team received ?11,000, the Best Speaker received ?2,100, the Best Researcher received ?2,100, and the team with the Best Memorial received ?5,100 in cash, certificates, and trophies.
The chief guests of the closing ceremony, Justice Ashok Kumar Jain and Justice Anoop Kumar Dand, both from the Rajasthan High Court, felicitated the winning teams of this international moot court competition. Supreme Court advocate Madhav Dadhich and President of the Rajasthan High Court Bar Association, Pahlad Sharma, participated as special guests.
The Chairperson of Apex University, Dr. Ravi Juniwal, urged the youth to adopt effective decision-making, implementation, time management, and development mindset. He also emphasized on retaining the experiences gained during these three days, stating that it would play a significant role in their lives. He expressed hope that all present, witnessing the best justices, lawyers, and legal professionals of India, would utilize their legal education for the development of India. Vice-Chancellor of Apex University, Prof. O.P. Chhangani, and Director of Apex University, Mr. Vedanshu Juniwal, welcomed the guests and presented them with mementos. The HOD of Apex School of Law, Dr. Monica Mishra, congratulated all the attendees for the success of this moot court, expressing gratitude to everyone present. The event concluded with the national anthem.

Apex University admission process is quite easy. The qualifying cutoff is 50%-60% for UG and PG courses. Candidates have two admission pathways, CUET or AUCET which increases their chances of selection. The university has high selection rate. However, the seats are filled on first-come-first-basis.

Apex University fills its seats via CUET or AUCET scores. AUCET is an in-house entrance test conducted for admission in UG and PG courses. Hence, aspirants do not require JEE Main scores to get admission.
