BTech vs BBA: Program Overview
- BTech (Bachelor of Technology) is a four-year degree with its focus on coding, engineering and upcoming technologies. Woxsen offers specialisations like AI, Data Science, Blockchain, robotics, and Cybersecurity.

BTech: As per the report 2021-2025 batch, the university records a strong placement drive. With a top of 20% average CTC of INR 12.2 LPA, overall average of INR 9.5 LPA and median of INR 8.5 LPA. Students are mostly placed in Data Scientist, Software Engineer, etc. A total of 48 companies were visited.
Career Scope
- BTech Graduates can expect to have a career in IT, Data Science, Robotics, AI/ML, and Product development in global tech companies and startups. Students can also pursue higher courses such as MTech, MS, MBA.
- BBA Graduates have a pathway to leadership roles in corporations and entrepreneurship. They can have careers in Management, Marketing, Finance, HR and Consulting. Some of the good higher studies options are MBA, Master's in Management, and CFA.
Which is Better: B.Tech or BBA?
This depends on interests and goals. If a student loves Tech, Coding, Maths, Machines, etc, and wants a career in Innovation, Technology or eEngineering, the BTech is the right choice. Aspirants will get the chance to work with Tech Giants like Microsoft and Google, along with having the chance to build a startup.
If the student is fascinated by business and management and wants to see themselves strategising, leading teams, or building their own company, BBA is the right choice for them.
