Satisfied with the facilities provided, and the placement is really good and improving every year.

Infrastructure: The hostels for first-year students are more recently built, hence are better than any college compared. The hostels that are allotted for the later-year students are old. There are lots of things which don't meet the expectations, like the old fan connections and all. The mess is pretty decent for all hostels. Wi-Fi and LAN connections sometimes have a few little fluctuations, like any other college, but overall, they are nice.

First established the IIIT under the MOE.

Infrastructure: We have a library with AC equipped in it, and we also have a Wi-Fi-enabled campus reaching 50 Mbps in the worst areas. Labs are very well-equipped, and the computer lab is the best of all, having the best configuration of systems and almost more than 200 PCs of that configuration that are very easily accessible.

Really good infrastructure and placements.

Infrastructure: Library is very good. All kinds of books are available there, and you can also issue books for yourself. Wi-Fi routers are provided, and internet speed is also quite good. Classrooms are air-conditioned. Labs are also maintained properly. Food is not as good as it should be, and in mess after sometimes quality degrades. There are 3 canteens where you can eat. Medical facilities are available. There is a doctor present at his time, and you can consult him in case of small injuries.

The infrastructure is good, but the management is not.

Infrastructure: Sports facilities are better than many other IIITs, but hostels are not at all good. Food in the canteen is also the best. We have two canteens, one for veg and the other for non-veg. In my opinion, mess food is not that great, but breakfast is okay. We do have common Wi-Fi in every lobby of the hostel.

Large campus area, top-notch placements, hostels and mess food can be improved.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, but the boys hostels are not so good because the hostels require renovation as they get older. All the necessary facilities are available for living in hostels, like Wi-Fi (sometimes there may be some problem but mostly good with upto 80-90 Mbps speed), classrooms are fully air-conditioned with proper sitting arrangements, and library is also there, which is also fully air-conditioned. Mess food is okay. Medical facilities are available, whenever required. All the sports ...

Fantastic placements in 2025, but I am dissatisfied with the hostel.

Infrastructure: We have a huge library and labs for each professor and their research. We also have Wi-Fi in hostels and in the academic block, where all the departments and lecture halls are present. We have various types of classrooms of differing capacities, ranging from 60 to 200, some of which have plug points at each seat. Each classroom is enabled by Wi-Fi. The first-year hostel is very good, and the hostels from the 2nd year onwards are average. The mess quality keeps varying, but it is mostly good. The...

Strong academics and good placements, but infrastructure and campus life need improvement.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not very good, but as this is the oldest IIIT, it has the infrastructure of 1997, so it’s pretty old. New hostels are definitely good and well-equipped, while the old ones are okay. There are also some hostels in progress, which seem pretty good. The library is very good, and the classrooms have AC installed.

IIIT Gwalior - A perfect college.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good; a new hostel is also under construction and is expected to be completed by 2026. A new hospital is also being built. We have a huge college divided into two parts: Pockets A and Pockets B, connected with an underpass. The infrastructure is very cool. In the hostel, we get 24/7 internet, also wireless, so you are always connected to the internet. Coolers are allowed, and we have fully air-conditioned lecture halls, classrooms, and a library.

Satisfied, as it provides good campus life, lovely fests, active clubs, excellent placements, etc.

Infrastructure: I would say the infrastructure is old. The obvious reason is this is the oldest IT, so the buildings are pretty old. But the interior of the academic buildings is good. Also, the library is very nice here. With its infrastructure and vast variety of books, this library has everything you need. Hostels are a little on the low side. For first-year students, hostels are pretty good, but after the first year, you get either single or double sharing rooms. The rooms are okay, not so good I would say,...

Don't expect much; you will be disappointed and good in terms of placement.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and library are good. Many useful books are available in the library. Labs are okay, average. Hostel is not much good but adjustable. No Wi-Fi is good here, and the mess food is bad; it's below average. The sports club is good, and it's okay for playing sports. Canteens are available to eat your favourite food. Canteens are also not the best but average.

Really happy to take the course. Also happy to see the placements of this year.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is well maintained. All the rooms and labs are air conditioned. We have WiFi at our hostels and classes. We have full access to them. Sometimes the internet is not stable. Overall, it works fine. The food quality totally depends upon the mess committee. Sometimes responses are taken late. There are also cases of food poisoning as well.

Good college but sometimes regret choosing this college because of a few circumstances.

Infrastructure: The buildings are a bit old. Well, there are a total of 5 hostels for boys and one hostel for girls. Among the five hostels there are two for the first years of B.Tech and the remaining three are for the second, fourth, and fifth years and M.Tech and Ph.D. students.

The institute has a peaceful vibe and is quite big compared to other IIITs.

Infrastructure: First-year students got a separate hostel called SATPURA, which is situated just outside the main campus. It's a 3-seater hostel. Wi-Fi, particularly in hostels, is very poor; we get very low internet speed. The library building is quite big but has books only related to the courses available, as it has much space to accommodate more books. Classrooms and labs are quite good.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty members and placements. Average in mess and Wi-Fi.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not so good. It lags too much, labs are well-equipped and have all the things that are required for doing any experiments. Classrooms are too good, they have comfy seats, a central AC system, projectors, and good sound system. Mess food is average but canteen food is way better than it. Colleges have several canteens that provide both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food to students at a minimal cost. Medical facilities are good, they have all types of medicines. ABV IIITM Gwalior (An Institute of National Importance).

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. As our college was established in 1997, it had enough time to develop. Each department has a special block, called A, B, C block. The college provides excellent Wi-Fi connectivity and LAN ports in hostels. The labs in our college are good, having been maintained well over the past 25 years. For the EEE course, which is newly added for B.Tech, we have all the necessary lab equipment. The classrooms in our college are spacious, fully air-conditioned,...
