Satisfied with the facilities provided, and the placement is really good and improving every year.

Faculty: The curriculum is sure a little hectic, but at the same time, it is updated to the latest technologies, and this makes it better when compared to other colleges' obsolete curricula. The exams are held twice a semester and are pretty much manageable. There are many talented faculty with a passion for what they wanna teach, which is good. Overall, the course is good and not useless in terms of industry standards.

First established the IIIT under the MOE.

Faculty: The curriculum is a bit hectic, but our college is more focused on academics, as the course involves many related subjects; we do not have any of the general Science subjects, so we do not have to study those subjects that will not be useful for us. Sem exams are a bit easy, but the attendance criteria are mandatory for all. In our batch, 100% were promoted to the next year, but a couple (~1%) had to retake a subject, so you will not fail any subject.

Really good infrastructure and placements.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. Most of them have done PhD's and they are available at their cabins for doubt solving. I find a problem in understanding their language, and it causes quite trouble but they do support our projects and all. The curriculum is relevant and very suitable for a student pursuing software development. Students do make industry reach by following the curriculum. Semester exams are not so hard generally but I would say they are between moderate to difficult. Passing p...

The infrastructure is good, but the management is not.

Faculty: Faculty here is great, they are very friendly with students. We also have a solid curriculum that prepares students for the industry, and the placement percentage is almost 97%. As for the semester exams, I can still recall those sleepless nights.

Large campus area, top-notch placements, hostels and mess food can be improved.

Faculty: Faculty members are supportive and expert in their respective fields. About 80-85% faculty members are Ph.D. holders. They are helpful for suggesting study materials, answering questions regarding the course, and solving doubts regarding academics. As it is an IIIT so the academics are hectic like other IIITs. In 1st semester, you may feel that the subjects are not relevant to your branch, but in further semester subjects will be branch-specific. Courses are really good and enough to be industry...

Fantastic placements in 2025, but I am dissatisfied with the hostel.

Faculty: Some professors are good, some just do it for the job. The course curriculum is updated every 4-5 years and is very up to date and relevant The pass percentage is about 90% on the first try and exams and grading is fairly easy and tests the comprehensive understanding of the course.

Strong academics and good placements, but infrastructure and campus life need improvement.

Faculty: About the faculty, I would say it depends. Not every professor is good, but not every professor is bad either. Some are very helpful and supportive in nature. They will help you with other stuff beyond studies too. The curriculum is pretty nice, and the core part is focused and given good weightage. Exams are also held normally and strictly.

IIIT Gwalior - A perfect college.

Faculty: Teachers are very good and knowledgeable. They all have PhDs from top IITs, some from IIIT and NIT. Also, some professors even have their postdocs from abroad. The course curriculum is versatile and gives you an overview of all engineering core subjects. Exams are moderate, and professors are good; they teach up to the gate level. Some of the students appear under 300-400 each year in GATE.

Satisfied, as it provides good campus life, lovely fests, active clubs, excellent placements, etc.

Faculty: It’s an objective question. It depends on you also. Some faculty members are very good, and some are not. Some help you in non-academic stuff too, but some are the opposite. Mostly, if you try to get along, you will understand their teaching, otherwise, not. About exams, it’s fine. It’s like normal college midterms and end terms. Some teachers change the weightage of practicals if they feel the course is more practical-based than theory. That’s the good side of professors and exams. However some...

Don't expect much; you will be disappointed and good in terms of placement.

Faculty: Every teacher has a different style of teaching. Some will teach perfectly, and some are not understandable. They are helpful and qualified enough. Course subjects are good and useful. Semester exams are average in terms of toughness. We can write well with some preparation.

Really happy to take the course. Also happy to see the placements of this year.

Faculty: All the faculty are PHD holders in our college. There is strict criteria of 75% attendance . Although the leniency also depends upon the faculty who is taking the course. Some care about attendance over grades, while some don't. Some are very strict in giving grades, while some give good grades easily. Overall, the paper pattern is easy and it is quite easy to score good marks with even less preparation.

Good college but sometimes regret choosing this college because of a few circumstances.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful and the curriculum is good. Well, that is public opinion and for us students, we don't even understand why we have a few specific courses which won't be of use to us at all. They make us learn engineering drawing in the first semester and that's it we don't use it anywhere. Most courses are either taught in c, cpp or Java.

The institute has a peaceful vibe and is quite big compared to other IIITs.

Faculty: Teachers teaching here are well qualified from reputed institutes and have their respective PhDs in their area. But some teachers are not quite good at teaching, while others are. The curriculum is very loaded with many classes and labs. Usually classes are from 9 to 4 pm, and sometimes 9 to 6 pm also.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty members and placements. Average in mess and Wi-Fi.

Faculty: All faculty members are Ph.D. holders from premium institutes like IITs, NITs, IISC Bangalore, etc. They are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is too good. But sometimes it seems that they are fast. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. Semester exam difficulty level is just above medium. Passing CGPA is 6.

ABV IIITM Gwalior (An Institute of National Importance).

Faculty: The teachers and professors at our college are very experienced, as all are Ph.D. graduates with extensive knowledge. It is said that only two institutions in India have all Ph.D. graduate professors: IIT Bombay and IIITM Gwalior. The quality of teaching is excellent; the material is fully understandable if you listen carefully. The course curriculum is relevant. You might hesitate to take admission in a new branch like EEE because their placements have not yet occurred, but you will soon realiz...
