IIT BHU Varanasi offers BTech and BArch courses at the UG level for the candidates who have class 12 degree with at least 75% aggregate. Admission finalisation is done through JoSAA counselling based on JEE ranks. The candidates will have to appear for entrance exam to get admission to IIT BHU as direct admission is not possible.
