Because reservation for SC or st categories is given on the basis of caste not income.Still they have asked for income certificate then you can apply for these certificates on Jan seva Kendra and you can get a receipt which you can put at the place of caste certificate. And when the caste certificate will be generated you can submit it. They give you undertaking form with the help of that you get some timeto submit your certificates.You can apply both in main campus and affiliated colleges.
