The selection for B.Ed, M.Ed and PhD programmes is based on an entrance exam conducted by the university. However, aspirants can be admission to B.Ed or M.Ed programs without an entrance-exam based on their merit in the qualifying exam. 

Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University conducts entrance exams for admission to B.Ed, M.Ed and PhD programmes. The university conducts PhD Entrance Test or PET in online/ offline mode. The test includes General and subject-specific papers. Candidates with a valid score in UGC-NET, UGC-CSIR, GATE, GSET and similar national-level tests can also apply for a PhD.
