The greatest college to build a career.
Placements: For placement, this university is great. 85% of candidates are placed, and the university teachers are very supportive and helpful. You'll always have the chance to settle down and lead a successful life thanks to the many corporate connections our university has. Companies like Amazon, Byju's, TCS, and others have visited this location. Applicants work as copywriters, editorial managers, public relations specialists, etc.
Infrastructure: Hostels do an excellent job of providing newcomers with entertaining events. They organise athletic events and support the pupils. Food is nice but expensive. There is an e-lab with first-rate infrastructure. Beauty Bishop is well-known worldwide. The atmosphere at the college is excellent and well-maintained.
Faculty: When necessary, the faculty members are personal and kind. They are competent and well-informed. The quality of instruction is good. Internals and practicals are held twice a year in addition to the semester exams. Internals are an easy way to achieve the pass rate of 35/100.

National college in Tiruchirappalli.
Placements: We were required to search internships by ourselves. Students mostly focused to do masters degree after completion of their Bachelors degree. As 80 percentage of students got placed in 2023 placements. Also during my studies we doesn't have enough placements, but now it was rapidly increased.
Infrastructure: It's a peaceful environment to do our higher education. Our college comprise of various Bachelors and masters courses. And we have required laboratories and equipments with certain limits. And As we shouldn't worry about Security system of our college.
Faculty: Curriculum of our college was very good, they were well known for their extraordinary academics. All the teachers completed their Bachelors degree along with masters and doctoral degree. As I'm from department of English and we have scored 95 percentage of overall results.

I liked that there are many extracurricular activities and clubs, which are my favorite.
Placements: My college placements are better than 70% of high-reputed colleges in the area. Students become eligible from the 6th semester (halfway through the 3rd year) to sit for placements. Over 150 companies visit our college every year, recruiting students from different courses, with 60-85% of the students receiving offers during placement drives. The average package is about 3.5-4.0 LPA, and the highest package for 2024 is 32 LPA, while the historical highest package is 54 LPA. Every year, around 70-85% of students get placed. I'll aim for a good role in a company, and if not, I'll pursue a master's degree from the same college.
Infrastructure: There are many festivals and cultural programs organized on our campus. This year, our college hosted the ICRS conference and various dance events. There are plenty of books and practical ideas available if you read and use computers for studies. Many sports and extracurricular activities are offered in our college, including NCC, with a dedicated department for sports called Physical Education. Additionally, there are numerous clubs and groups provided by the college.
Faculty: The faculty is good, though some teachers have poor behavior, most are helpful. They assist us throughout the year and are available outside of class hours if needed. Some of the faculty members even live in hostels, so they are approachable and willing to help students with doubts at any time, even at night. Overall, the faculty is friendly and supportive.

College environment is very nice and beautiful.
Placements: For campus internships, you are eligible from the 5th semester, and for campus placements, you will be eligible from the 7th semester. Nearly 200 companies visit our campus for placement opportunities. The highest package is 50 LPA, and the average package is 15 LPA. 85 percent of students are getting placed here.
Infrastructure: There are many festivals and cultural programs organized by our campus. This year, the ICRS conference meeting was organized in our college, along with dance events, etc. There are many books and resources available for study, and computers are provided for academic purposes. The college offers various sports and extracurricular activities, such as NCC, and has a dedicated department for sports called Physical Education. Many clubs and groups are also available at the college.
Faculty: At the beginning of each semester, a lecture plan is provided, and classes are taught accordingly. Different subjects have different credit values, which affect our grades. The faculty-to-student ratio for the department is 1:4. The exam pattern includes two quizzes worth 20 marks each, a mid-semester exam worth 32 marks, and an end-semester exam worth 48 marks. Evaluation is based on professors. I did not like some professors who are partial in giving marks.

I love this college very much.
Placements: Students in the 4th semester are eligible for campus placement. Over 165 companies visit our campus and offer placement opportunities. Last year, around 80% of students got placement offers here and the college tried its best to call more companies and increase the placement percentage rate. The highest package was around 20 LPA and the average package was 4-6 LPA.
Infrastructure: I used the hostel facility during my UG days. The hostel facilities were very good; the non-AC rooms were spacious with sufficient washrooms for students and were cleaned regularly. The meals served were also very good, tasty, healthy and nutritious. Security was well ensured, and a bed, cupboard, study table, and mirror were provided to each student in their rooms. Apart from this, there was a huge dining table in the dining space on each floor.
Faculty: The curriculum is very deep and informative and comprises of all the areas needed in that field. Faculty members are very well qualified. Most of them are Ph.D. holders and also are Ph.D. guides. Faculty members are considered to be among the best in Tamil Nadu. They are very supportive and students are encouraged to use their potential. Exams are held on a yearly basis and examinations are at a medium level, not very hard or easy. Class Size: 54
Course Fee: Rs. 6,000 per year.

One of the best college for M.A. In English.
Placements: This is great a university for placement. It gives 75% placement to the candidates and the teachers of this university are very helpful and supportive. This university is affiliated with many companies, so you will always have a chance to settle down and lead a successful life. Companies like Tcs, Byju's, Amazon, etc. Have visited here. Candidates are hired as Copywriter, PR specialists, editorial managers, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good enough. Classrooms are equipped with
smartboards. They provide free Wi-Fi for all students. There is a library with a wide variety of academic and non-academic books. The facilities of the hostel are very good, well organized and clean. The quality of food is good and has a variety of items. Medical facilities are present in the hostel.
Faculty: Most of the teachers at Bishop Heber College are highly qualified and have special knowledge. The faculty members are helpful and polite. The quality of teaching is good. In general, you can find a friendly relationship with teachers. Semester exams are not that difficult; if you study well, you will pass easily.

For the regular full-time M.Sc. Botany program at Bharathidasan University (main campus, Tiruchirappalli) for the 2025–2026 session, no separate entrance exam is conducted. Admission is based on undergraduate (B.Sc.) merit, and the process is handled through their official online admission portal .
