Social interaction plays a more important role in learning and other activities.

Placements: The placement record at NIT Srinagar is quite commendable. In my Mechanical Engineering branch, nearly 95% of students have secured jobs. The average salary package is approximately 13.8 LPA, while the highest package offered is 37 LPA for the mechanical engineering branch. Major companies recruiting from our college include Cognizant, Infosys, Samsung, ACC, and others.

Infrastructure: Our college has a beautiful environment and it is very neat and clean. There are a lot of sports activities and clubs in our college. Students can expose the hidden talents and sports activities for certain clubs and sports. The campus was very nice and good.

Faculty: Faculty members are so good. They try so hard to make students give maximum output to pass semester exams. The ratio of faculty to students is 15 to 20 students there is one faculty member. I like most our mechanical teacher because he continuously guides me on what to do. The level of the exam is moderate or some harder side.

One of the best colleges .

Placements: Almost 100 students were placed in my course. The highest package is 30,000, and the lowest is 10,000. The top role offered in my course is a teacher. Many of my friends have been placed in international schools as teachers and are earning their monthly income by sharing their knowledge with kids.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really amazing, and all the facilities are provided by the college. The quality of food is hygienic. The sports practices are good, especially that of NCC. The canteen and the mess are also providing good food and are affordable for students.

Faculty: The course is very beautifully framed. It helps us get knowledge. There are 2 internal exams, 1 model exam, and it ends with a semester exam. The arrangement of these exams helps us to attend the semester exam with ease and is stress-free too. All the syllabus that are given to us are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable.

Other: The course I chose was English literature. Everything in this department is perfect, including the teachers. The teachers are very friendly and helpful in many ways to help us achieve our dream.

Short summarize content of my postgraduate degree.

Placements: Students are categorised into three groups: toppers, average, and below average. Below-average students are not allowed to attend placement classes but are directly allowed to participate in drives. As a result, they often fail in placements. Toppers, however, attend all the sessions and easily crack the placements.

Infrastructure: Students are strictly required to follow the dress code, wearing formal shalwars or plant shirts. Loose hair, leggings, and jeans are not allowed on campus. Roaming around the campus without any valid reason is discouraged by the staff.

Faculty: Lectures are highly coordinated, and faculty members help us in all situations. Sometimes, they are more commendable, and workshops are arranged twice a semester. They tend to exaggerate smaller problems into bigger issues. Exams are not very difficult to crack.

Placements: This course is assigned to about 65 / of students . A low package of 1.49 LPA , a mid package is 3 LPA and a High package is 5 LPA. Postion such as those of content writers , assistant professor, management teams etc .A small number of students are hired for part time teaching position in universities or some renowned institutions.

Infrastructure: The college has good facilities, including large classrooms, robust, Wi-Fi and well-equipped labs. The library has a good selection of up-to-date data publication textbooks and Internet resources. The hostel offers cosy accommodations with spotless rooms and strong Wi-Fi. Although there are alternatives for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals, the Mesh food is adequate but might be better. Good athletic and medical facilities on the campus guarantee the well-being of the students.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and possess specialized expertise. They make the class really engaging and clear all of the student doubts. The method of learning is excellent. A positive student-teacher relationship can be demonstrated on campus. The curriculum is good. Semester exams are simple if you study properly. The pass rate is high.
