The training and placement cell provides support for resume building, interview preparation, and skill development. Students have secured placements in reputed companies, with some opting for higher studies.

Dissatisfied with the placement cell.

Placements: Students in my batch were unfortunately placed at a rate of zero, as there was no placement cell for the BCA program. Although we did apply for off-campus recruitment, only a few managed to secure placements that way. The placement cell is really bad—2 out of 10; I wouldn't recommend it.

Infrastructure: It’s hard to describe the facilities and infrastructure when there is a minimum of it. The college wants 250 for a car park, but there’s no hostel available, and the Wi-Fi doesn't work on every floor. The labs were quite good, but the library was average. There is no mess since there’s no hostel, and the canteen was unavailable during my last visit. There are no medical facilities, and the sports ground is non-existent.

Faculty: The faculty, however, is really good. Every semester has one mid-semester exam worth 25 marks and an end-semester exam worth 50 marks, with other assessments in the form of quizzes. Attendance, which is mandatory at 75%, typically accounts for 5 marks, but the faculty is genuinely supportive.

Average type of college as no campus life is there.

Placements: My admission was merit-based, and around 30 students are in my batch. Companies like TCS and Facebook recruit in our college. I have no clue about the rest. They just teach the overview for an interview but not exactly how you can achieve the same. The ratio is very low that got a job .

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is still in a developing condition. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, libraries, AC, are all there. There is a room that is being converted into a canteen as of now, as a new building is still under construction. They promised us they would complete construction over 6 months, but it's still going on.

Faculty: Faculty are good here with a wider range of knowledge. Some are there who are lazy in studying, but the rest are good. Exams usually come from the main campus of Mesra. But it's average, as sometimes they are very direct, but this time it was tricky and a little tough. But overall, it's good to go.

Other: I chose BCA over B.Tech as an alternative as I wasn't able to clear my JEE Main. I chose this college as it was in Delhi. Now somehow I have one relative who achieved a lot after doing BCA and MCA from the same college, so that's why this was my backup.

A good college providing a personal life balance.

Placements: Companies like TCS and Deloitte come for campus placements. The average salary offered was around 3 LPA for BCA course. For internships, companies like Cepta Infotech, Accio job, and Oracle provided opportunities, apart from that, SAP also provided pre-placement opportunities.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is still under development but it is good for minimalist, as you don't need to roam a lot, as there are labs, canteen and library on each floor. The classrooms and labs are fully air conditioned and there are no restrictions. It is still good enough.

Faculty: 6 semesters, 2 quizzes, a mid sem and an end sem exams are held per semester. Total marks required out of 100 is 40 to pass. The course is well segregated and very detailed. There are selective topics in the syllabus which are generally required for beginners to understand the whole scenario of a certain field of their interest.

BIT, Noida: inside out journey.

Placements: One student got placed out of 40 students after BCA. They were offering him around 4–5 lacs. The offer was made by Deloitte. You can get internships outside of campus through certain websites, but on campus, they are quite difficult. They don't prepare for interviews for BCA. You can get some trips from the placement teachers for that.

Infrastructure: The building is under construction but the faculty members are great and very helpful. They will mentor you throughout your whole journey. They are well qualified as well as having a great way of teaching. Some teachers teach better than others. There is no hostel facility; you have to rent a room. The canteen is poorly built and has great food. You can have college Wi-Fi but you have to make an IF for that from root admin. The computer labs and library are great, air conditioned and well-functional. Classrooms are also air-conditioned and have a projector. They are big and spacious.

Faculty: Yes, the teachers are knowledgeable, well qualified for their job and very helpful. The course curriculum is precisely built for real-world application and makes us ready for the industry. Semester exams are not that difficult if you attend the lectures regularly. Most of the students get passed each semester.

Other: Campus life is below average but they hold an annual fest and, once every two years, a sports event. The surroundings of college are not that great and you can get a scholarship if you have a weak economic background.

Satisfied with the quality of teaching.

Placements: Around 20% of students were placed. The highest package offered was 8 lakhs, and the lowest package offered was 3 lakhs. Top recruiting companies are HCL, TCS, Yamaha, ICICI Bank, Vector Scalar, Apollo, and Jio. Around 20% of students got internships. Roles offered were web developer and data analyst.

Infrastructure: The campus itself is small but has all the basic requirements, including an amazing cafeteria, a basketball court, and a badminton court. Students can also pass time playing table tennis on the TT table. The classrooms are very spacious and also have ACs installed in them.

Faculty: The quality of teaching was very good, with the teachers being very approachable and supportive. The course covers all the basic and advanced topics required and builds a good foundation for the students. The difficulty of the exams is moderate, and the passing percentage is 40%.
