Yes, ofcourse Hindi-medium students agar 10+2 mein PCB/PCM se 50%+ marks aur HS mein English clear kiya hai, toh B.Sc. Biotechnology ke liye Calcutta University mein apply kar sakte hain, medium se fark nahi padta.
