CDLU BBA Courses & Fees 2026

Chaudhary Devi Lal University (CDLU) offers MBA programs through three entrance exams: CAT (Common Admission Test), CMAT (Common Management Aptitude Test), UET (University Entrance Test), and GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test). The CAT is the most widely accepted entrance exam for MBA programs in India, with minimum cut-offs varying depending on the programme and specialization. CMAT is another national-level MBA entrance exam accepted by several universities, with minimum cut-offs varying for specific programs. CDLU conducts its own UET for certain MBA programs and specializations, with minimum UET score cut-offs determined by CDLU for each programme and specialization. GMAT scores may be considered alongside other entrance exam scores or during the selection process. Other factors like academic merit and work experience can also influence the selection process. CDLU follows a seat reservation policy as per the guidelines of Haryana government. The reservation policy is as follows:

• 15% of the seats shall be open/unreserved and will be filled through All India Quota (AIQ) (including Haryana). Out of the 15%  AIQ seats, 10% will be reserved for Economically Weaker Section (EWS)
• Remaining 85% seats are reserved for bona fide residents of Haryana (State Quota) and will be filled up as
  detailed below:
  i) Haryana Open General Open Category (HOGC) - 40% of the State Quota
  ii) Reserved category of Haryana - 60% of the State Quota
  iii) Scheduled Caste (SC) - 20% of State quota
  iv) Backward Classes of Haryana (A) (BCA) - 16% of State quota
  v) Backward Classes of Haryana (B) (BCB) - 11% of State quota
  vi) Economically Weaker Section (EWS) - 10% of State quota
  vii) Differently Abled Persons / Divyang - 3% of State quota

CDLU course admissions are based on entrance exam scores. Candidates must also fulfil the minimum eligibility requirements for the respective courses. Candidates must visit the CDLU admission portal to apply for the respective courses. Further, the university also accepts CUET scores for various courses such as BA, BSc, etc. Similarly, CUET-PG scores are also accepted for MSc, MCA, etc. Students can check some of the course-wise entrance exam from the table presented below:

A total of two MBA courses are offered namely, MBA General and MBA Hons at Chaudhary Devi Lal University. The eligibily criteria for the course is graduation with a 55% aggregate. To enrol for MBA course at CDLU, candidates must sit and appear for CMAT entrance exam.
