CDLU Course Admissions 2025: Fees, Eligibility, Selection Process, Dates

According to, students can choose from 21 specialized, career-oriented courses offered by CDLU. The university also offers distance learning courses that are focused on careers. All courses at CDLU have annual fees ranging from Rs 13,000 to Rs 17,000. The cost information for particular programs, like the M.Sc. (Computer Science) programme, is also given; it ranges from Rs 3,000 to Rs 12,000 annually.The annual tuition for CDLU's B.Ed program is INR 2,400. The eligibility criteria for the students who want to join the B.Tech course is that they must have scored more than 45% marks in their 12th board examination or any other equivalent 10+2 examination from any recognised education board of India. They admit students on the basis of their performance in the JEE Mains and HSTES entrance examination.

CDLU follows a seat reservation policy as per the guidelines of Haryana government. The reservation policy is as follows:

• 15% of the seats shall be open/unreserved and will be filled through All India Quota (AIQ) (including Haryana). Out of the 15%  AIQ seats, 10% will be reserved for Economically Weaker Section (EWS)
• Remaining 85% seats are reserved for bona fide residents of Haryana (State Quota) and will be filled up as
  detailed below:
  i) Haryana Open General Open Category (HOGC) - 40% of the State Quota
  ii) Reserved category of Haryana - 60% of the State Quota
  iii) Scheduled Caste (SC) - 20% of State quota
  iv) Backward Classes of Haryana (A) (BCA) - 16% of State quota
  v) Backward Classes of Haryana (B) (BCB) - 11% of State quota
  vi) Economically Weaker Section (EWS) - 10% of State quota
  vii) Differently Abled Persons / Divyang - 3% of State quota

CDLU provides various scholarships to socially and economically backward people. CDLU scholarships include scholarships offered by the Haryana government and the central government. Students can apply for these scholarships through the Centralised Scholarships Portal developed by the Department of Higher Education, Haryana. National Testing Agency re-commenced CUET 2026 registration on February 23, 2026. Soon after the release of the CUET notification, candidates can check the important dates about CUET 2026. The last date for CUET 2026 registration was February 26, 2026 (11.50 PM).

Candidates were required to fill the CUET application form within the given time frame, failing which no request for extension of the CUET registration last date will be entertained. NTA does not provide the window for late fee payment. CUET 2026 application process is in online mode. No physical copies of the CUET application form must be sent to the authorities.

The admission to BA courses at CDLU is based on the scores of CUET UG. Only a candidate who meets the required eligibility criteria and has a valid CUET UG score can apply for BA admission at CDLU. Based on the scores in CUET UG, the university prepares and releases a merit list containing the names of shortlisted candidates. Hence, one can not get a direct admission at CDLU for BA.
