In terms of placements, the University has maintained a decent track record. The official placement report or brochure is yet to be released. As per the data gathered from the NIRF report 2024, 156 out of 818 PG (2-year) graduates were placed in 2023. Earlier, 234 out of 803 students were placed in the 2022 drive. Further, the median package offered in 2023 was INR 3.26 LPA, which was almost 32% less in comparison to 2022. Central University of kerala offers a wide range of course to the underground (UG) students. There is also the canst reservation system in tge selection process and also fee concession for Sc and st students.

As it is a government university the fees are not high they are reasonable for a middle class students.

As per the report,  234 PG (2-year) students were placed during the 2022 drive. The median package offered to PG (2-year) students during the Central University of Kerala placements 2022 was INR 4.80 LPA.

Yes, Central University of Kerala offers various UG courses. A total of five UG courses are offered including specialisations. The courses are offered in various streams such as Accounting & Commerce, Humanities & Social Sciences and Science. The mode of study for the UG courses is full-time. 

The CUET PG 2026 admit card is expected to be released in the fourth week of February. Only the registered candidates will be issued the admit card. 

Central University of Kerala admissions are held on the basis of entrance tests. The various entrance exams are prescribed as per the specific course choice. Students achieving 85% can certainly apply for admission at CU Kerala, however, they must note that they must still appear for the entrance exam. Accepted exams include CUET, CUET-PG, KMAT Kerala, etc.

The MSc placements at the Central University of Kerala seem to be promising. Most of the students got placed with very good salary packages, and the university has a distinct placement cell that offers placements and internship opportunities to students. The median package offered to PG (2-year) students during the 2022 placements was INR 4.80 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 10 LPA. Kerala University has not released the 2023 placement details. However, the NIRF report 2023 has been released. According to the report, 25 PG (1-year) and 685 PG (2-year) students were placed during Kerala University placements 2022. The median package offered to PG (1-year) and PG (2-year) students during the University of Kerala placements 2022 was INR 2.50 LPA and INR 3.12 LPA, respectively.

Courses offered at Central University of Kerala are MBA, BA, M.Sc, MSW, MA and many other but the best course M.Sc in Chemistry as the best package offered is from this department. Many students have got placements in geology but from the passing out.
